The location was great , the staff was super nice, and breakfast was decent. The beds were very comfortable and the room had a lot of shape .we also liked that the hotel had their flag at half Mass for an event that was happening at the time of our visit. It showed a lot of respect.

The hospitality was great from start to finish. I did have a minor issue with the door to my room, but the front desk attendant took care of it right away by moving me to another available room.

Check in was quick and smooth. We had read that Alan wasn't very friendly or helpful, but he was great--knew what he was doing and was friendly. Pool was nice, room was spacious. Breakfast pretty good (burritos, omelets, cereal, bagels, pastries, juices, milk, yogurt...the pictures show a waffle machine, but it is not actually there, so no waffles. But overall a good variety and we had plenty to eat and even took an apple to go). Bed was comfortable. Loved the photography (regional nature) on the walls in our King room.

I wholeheartedly recommend this place. It's like a good hotel that comes with everything you expect a hotel to provide you with. I used the washing machine; we enjoyed the clean outdoor pool and the hot tub; the breakfast is very good and offers variety; the staff was helpful and very welcoming. Lots of parking spots around the building. It's really close to the airport as well as to the freeway, but neither of those have any negative impact on staying at this hotel; we could hear and watch lots of nice and entertaining birds from the pool area, and the planes above were of low noise level. The beds are comfortable, and room and corridors etc very clean. I'd come back here anytime.
